How Microsoft has impacted my life?

There are a lot of products from Microsoft that impacted on my life directly and indirectly,

I like to share my knowledge with you people in a simple, understanding language instead of being complex.

Microsoft is a large Organisation having life changing, daily life products for example windows operating system.

Certain products which led an impact on my life are,

1.The famous Windows operating system(xp,7,8,8.1)

I think it doesn’t need explanation, as it is the part of daily life for majority of people.

2. The Skydrive- Onedrive

This cloud storage is awesome for storing, accessing, sharing our documents and a lot.

3. Skype.

Great app for connecting people live, for video calling, texting etc.

4. Microsoft office tools

The widely used office tools for creating, editing .doc files and presentations and spreadsheets.

5. Microsoft Outlook

A great Mailing service from Microsoft  for mailing, syncing, storing, accessing, texting, notifying like no other service.

6. Microsoft Visual studio

As a Computer science student, It has a major impact on my academics and so on my life as a developer for windows platform. We use visual studio for openGL labs in academics,and as a developer platform, it has a lot of inbuilt features like no other engine for development of applications, games, websites.

7. Microsoft  Blend

A  great tool with Microsoft visual studio for designing purpose.

8. Inbuilt features and softwares in windows operating system

Windows media player, Windows media center, Windows wordpad, notepad, DVD maker, Movie maker, Store, apps on windows 8,8.1 and many has impacted a lot on my daily life, played a major role as a part of my life for example: synchronizing between apps with my single Microsoft id and access docs from anywhere, live tiles are the great services.

9. Microsoft Dreamspark

As a student i thank Microsoft for giving me free access to their products via dreamspark.

10. Windows phone

Entering to market of hardware, Microsoft is winning hearts of people with their marvellous windows phone sevice, with fantastic speed and touch sense, the user interface, easy access to Microsoft products with one account. Access from anywhere, fell in love with the service.

11. The OneNote

The famous OneNote for every note, it is a great companion for taking notes(text, pictures, voice),synchronizing and accessing from any where with Microsoft id on cloud.

12. TouchDevelop

Among all apps of Microsoft this is the one i love the most, A great app for developers who are interested to learn to develop sitting anywhere without a lap just from a smartphone.

13. Microsoft Tech Companion

An app I was waiting for, this app provided me the facility to get the latest tech information, to keep in track with feeds, add feeds etc

14. Bing search

Though I did not use this much but I love the idea, the design and I used it mainly for searching Microsoft  related news.

15. Bizspark

A great platform by Microsoft for start-ups, entrepreneurs, for those who are having an idea.

I did signup long ago and updated with the latest news, but presenting an idea is on the way.

16. Microsoft BUZZ

Kept me up to date with Microsoft researches, blogs etc

17. Windows  live, hotmail

I hold an account here, though I am not a daily base user, hotmail is useful for signup in certain  microsoft services.

18. Internet explorer

Earlier was slow but now it has got speed, a great browser with a lot of add-ons and bars like no other browser, great tool with secure bowsing, master for downloads, accessing with multi window.

19. TechNet by Microsoft

Usually for IT people,as i am the one,i love to have access on the technology updates.

20. Microsoft virtual academy, Microsoft learning for training and certification.

Registered here but couldn’t participate because of academic schedule and exams, so eager to write and get certified by Microsoft.

21. Microsoft developer network

As a developer, this site provided me with tools, samples, frameworks, to learn to develop, I am thankfull to Microsoft for providing the service.

22.Microsoft Visio

A great tool for designing diagrams, I am still a learner though, I would love to learn more.

23.Monogame(previously XNA STUDIO)

Game designing tool for multi platforms (windows,ios,android).

Not having much knowledge but got interested in game development.

24. DVLUP, IMAGINECUP, MSP, MSDN are some of the sites I am interested in and updated with.

25. There are a lot of products from Microsoft for IT professionals, officials and common people

For example: surface, xbox, lync, azure, servers etc which i would love to use.

How I plan to bring a change to the society being a Microsoft Student Associate

1. The first thing i do is connect people, communicate, meet people, students everyone, invite them and talk about the ideas and plans.

2.With smile, positiveness on my face, confidence, I like to share whatever knowledge i am having with the people, my juniors, my classmates, my seniors and everyone and love to learn more from them and from anywhere.

3. I like to form teams and discuss, work on different  fields, aspects ,like planning, developing ,marketing, specific team for specific idea of development. letting  people with passion, skills, creativity to come forward, explore themselves.

4. Conduct events to spread knowledge on programming, developing, use of Microsoft products, how and why? and what are the uses? Like to lead, help, share and grow.

5. Conduct events for colleges around as well.

6. Spread the knowledge via networks.

7. Conduct workshops for increasing developer network and increase in the knowledge about the products.

8. I would like to explore my dream to make world change with technology, everyone with tech.

9. Lead discussions with techies and smart people.

10. Love to be a part of Microsoft, love to work with full dedication,determination, complete the task assigned, anytime ,with my passion, love towards technology.
